July Passive House Rocky Mountains Regional Roundtable

Bronwyn Barry, Passive House architect and Chair of North American Passive House Network will present on the rapidly evolving policy efforts in North America in the adoption of Passive House.

Great strides have been made in such diverse regions such as New York, Vancouver, and California that she will go into detail. She will also cover the new Policymakers Resource Guide introduced at NAPHN19 in New York City which provides a coordinated road map to introduce Passive House as a robust low carbon and resilient building solution for local governments. We will wrap up the meeting by discussing policy potential in the Rocky Mountain region and how to organize efforts to further adoption of the standard.

This is the fourth monthly meeting to share knowledge and discuss challenges, so bring your questions! We look forward to strengthening this community through this platform, so we’d love to hear your feedback as to how we can improve each session.
